In the Australia-New Zealand market, Green Forest International works with more than 420 pharmacies, warehouses, and gift shops. In mainland China, Green Forest International strategically cooperates with online platforms and national leading companies in their new concept retail stores.

Green Forest sells a wide range of consumer goods to Chinese consumers though diagou groups, gift shops, pharmacies and cross border online platforms. Merchandise ranges from vitamins and other heath products to dairy, skincare, and drinking containers.

Green Forest has recently begun supplying Sinopharm, one of the world’s biggest pharmaceutical companies with over 5,000 stores across China.

Chinese Retail – SinoPharm Online-to-Offline “O2O”

GouDaSinopharm is establishing a new O2O sales channel for 5,000 plus retail stores across China, including its GuoDa Phramacies in over 70 Chinese cities. GouDa Pharmacies are also associated with NASDAQ listed Walgreens Boots Alliance which acquired a 40 percent minority stake through a capital increase worth RMB2.767 billion (around $416 million).

Online-to-offline shopping is increasingly popular in China, allowing consumers to familiarise themselves with products not available domestically in their local retail store, then scan the product’s QR code to make the purchase, and arrange home delivery.

Green Forest supplies Australian consumer goods to Sinopharm for this new sales channel, including JAT’s in-house brands and client products.
